RO. is a New York based Casting and Production Company. Founded in 2015 by Ros Okusanya, it comprises an elite group of casting directors and creative directors from the USA. Specializing in luxury and mass-market campaigns, high-end editorials and fashion film, RO offers art buying, production coordination, location scouting and creative casting expertise for productions of all sizes.

RO. casting selects the faces for some of the most celebrated contemporary photographers such as; Mario Testino, Josh Olins, Daniel Jackson, and Peter Lindbergh.

The RO. client list features some of the most recognizable brands and publications in the world, including American Vogue, Christian Dior, Lanvin, Document Journal, Vanity Fair, Monrowe, Stuart Weitzman, NYC Ballet, Uniqlo, KITH, HBA, and Samsung Asia.

Ros Okusanya has over 20 years’ experience as a casting director, producer and an international model agent. As a celebrity/fashion casting director, Ros has paired many iconic faces with their brands, having worked with names such as Gisele Bundchen, David Beckham, Rose Byrne, Naomi Campbell, Willem Dafoe, and Chiwetel Ejiofor.

Ros’s vision for building a compelling creative global network has led to castings and productions in London, Paris, Los Angeles, Seoul and New York to name a few. A 6-year-strong collaboration with Pier 59 Korea has made RO casting the go-to company for many influential Korean and Chinese designers.
